Tom Borgen

Tom Borgen is originally from the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where he was president of a corporation that operated and developed franchises. In 1998 he sold his business and took a year off so he and his wife Jackie could travel by boat from the Great Lakes to Florida. In 1999 he purchased a house in Cape Coral and through their mutual love of collector cars Tom met and formed a relationship with Ken Bracher. Because of Tom’s previous experience in business he quickly moved into the Commercial side of the business specializing in investment property, site development, leasing and 1031 exchanges.
